One Day workshop on Chocolates

Chocolate is one of the world’s most beloved discoveries. Chocolates are a great gift option during the festive occasions and are bound to delight the recipients.

Objectives of the workshop:

The workshop will help the participant to:

• Understand the different ingredients and the techniques of making.
• Learn and be able to use different methods.
• Learn to make chocolates for various occasions.


• Theory sessions covering the various aspects of making chocolates.
• Demonstrations and hands on practice.

The Schedule: (28thApril & 5thMay & 12thMay, 2018)

Schedule of sessions:

• 09:30am – 01:00pm: Demonstration and hands on practice
• 01:00pm – 02:00pm: Lunch
• 02:00pm – 04:00pm: Demonstration and hands on practice


The workshop has been designed to suit the requirements of the participants by Chef Amrita Prabhudesai, Assistant Professor - Food production and Patisserie at the Apeejay Institute of Hospitality, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai.

Chef Amrita is a graduate in Hospitality Studies and she has completed her Post Graduation from Ealing, Hammersmith & West London College, UK. She is a certified Food Safety Supervisor – Bakery by FSSAI. Her core strength lies in baking and dessert making. She started her career as a Bakery Chef in London and currently teaching at Apeejay Institute of Hospitality, Navi Mumbai.

The fee is non – refundable / non – adjustable against any other program conducted by us, but change in nomination is accepted.
