About Hunar Se Rozgar Tak (HSRT)
The Government of India, Ministry of Tourism launched a special training initiative, titled Hunar Se Rozgar Tak in the year 2009-10, for creation of employable skills amongst youth belonging to economically weaker strata of the society.
The basic objective is to reduce, through this initiative, the skill gap that affects the hospitality and tourism sector.

Course Content
Six week course in Food & Beverage Service (Waiter)
Six week course in Housekeeping (Housekeeper)
Eight week course in Food Production (Cook)

How will you benefit

Free Lunch
Free Training on selected course
Stipend of Rs. 1500/- for the six week course
Stipend of Rs. 2000/- for the eight week course
Stipend and Joint certification from Apeejay Institute of Hospitality and India Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC), Ministry of Tourism, Government of India shall be given to candidates on successful course completion and with a minimum 90% attendance.

Eligibility Candidates who are minimum Standard 8th Pass and age between 18 to 28 years
Campus Placement Opportunities Job assistance in Hotel & Service industry offered on successful course completion
Course Duration 6 weeks / 8 weeks for cooks
Facilities Air-conditioned Class rooms, Audio Visual Facility,Access to Library & Internet Lab and Well Equipped Practical Lab
