The Park Hotels have been running the Management Training Program for over 25 years. A number of students have successfully completed their training under this program, and today, hold noteworthy managerial portfolios with our hotels as well as around the globe.
Students from the school are eligible to embark on a journey of self-discovery, and aspire to hold coveted leadership positions at The Park Hotels and associates anywhere in India.

The General Management Training Program
A two-year program comprising 2 months off the job training at our institute, 4 months on the job training and 18 months departmental specialization in any of our hotels. Candidates are confirmed as Assistant Managers in Front Office, Food and Beverage Service or Sales and Marketing on completion of the two-year training program.
The Housekeeping Management Training Program
A two-year program comprising 2 months off the job training at our institute, 4 months on the job training and 18 months departmental specialization in any of our hotels. Candidates are confirmed as Assistant Managers in Housekeeping on completion of the two-year training program.
The Kitchen Management Training Program
A two-year program comprising 2 months off the job training at our institute, 4 months on the job training and 18 months departmental specialization in any of our hotels. Candidates are confirmed as Kitchen Executives on completion of the two-year training program.
The Bar Executive Training Program
A Two-year program comprising of one month of off the job training at our institute, 23 months on the job training in any of our hotels. Candidates are confirmed as Bar Executives on completion of two-year training program.
The Hotel Operation Executive Training Program
A Two-year program comprising of one month of off the job training at our institute, 23 months on the job training in any of our hotels. Candidates are confirmed as Executives on completion of two-year training program.
The Hotel Operation Training Program
A comprehensive 24 month programme specializing in any one of the core hotel operations.
On two year successful completion, candidates will be confirmed in the Supervisory Cadre.
Candidates can apply for Front office, House Keeping, Food & Beverage Service and Food Production operations domain.
The Hotel Operation Training Program
A comprehensive 12 month program specializing in any one of the core hotel operations.
On one year successful completion, candidates will be confirmed in the Supervisory Cadre.
Candidates can apply for as HOT (General) and HOT (House Keeping) and HOT (Food Production) operations domain.
Stipend: Attractive stipend per month will be offered which will be reviewed at the end of financial year which is performance and business linked.
Accommodation: Management Trainees, Bar Executive Trainees, Hotel Operation Executive Trainees and Hotel Operation Trainees are not provided accommodation during and after the training programme. They are required to make their own accommodation arrangements.
Eligibility: Candidates should be appearing/completed 3 year Diploma or 3/4 year Degree in Hotel Management/Hospitality Studies from any college recognized by state board or University.
Mode of selection: Selection for the programme is based on campus interviews. The Park Hotels will visit Hotel Management Colleges offering 3 year Diploma or 3/4 year Degree in Hotel Management in the month of September/October every year.
